Ideal and clean place with very helpful staff. Good service and nicely decorated, well-kept rooms with queen bed. Comfortable and easy location for visiting restaurants and cafés. Conveniently located 0.5 miles from the airport.

The room was decent sized with a roll in shower, the bed was extremely comfy. The location was particularly good - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The area was very nice, a chilled-out base for us.

At 175$ a night for a Holiday Inn in Flagstaff is a bit pricey. Stayed in a similar hotel (different chain) in Gallup for half that. If you can get a deal on the price, then the hotel is worth it. Also quite noisy. Close to the freeway and you can hear neighbor's TVs. A bit annoying at 3:00 in the morning when the kid next door is watching TV.

Bathroom had no fan.Poor lighting.Not very sound proof of adjoining room & hall, Rate too high for this hotel. We always stay at a Holiday Inn Express in our travels.Been to many states & this was my least favorite hotel stay.

The location here is good, right by the train tracks, Arizona attractions, and restaurants which adds to the experience, and the breakfast choices are fantastic.

I was impressed by the phone call asking if we had everything we needed for our comfort and I was delighted with the larger, firmer pillow!!!!

Great location not far from the town center, Route 66, and Flagstaff. I walked to see the North Pole Experience. - the room had bunk beds. - Free breakfast with a great selection of meals. Everything tasted a bit old.. Again, the stay was ok but very over priced for what you got.. I wouldn't stay there again.. The staff was very nice and helpful.. This same hotel in a other cities would be half this price..

They just remodeled it is really nice and clean! There free cookie are also amazing! Lol

Location was good

Only one elevator worked, and the hotel was pretty full so it was painful getting to and from breakfast and we finally just carried all our stuff down 3 flights of stairs to leave. Older facility and not quit up to snuff.

The staff were so friendly and helped us with a few odd request after our late arrival which was much appreciated. The room was very clean and comfortable and the manager stopped at every table to check on things and give great visitor information for the Grand Canyon.
